RACGP
Platinum and Gala Dinner Partner
The RACGP and its members are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all Australians. The RACGP is Australia’s largest professional general practice organisation, representing more than 35,000 members working in or towards a career in general practice.
To achieve this, the RACGP is responsible for defining the nature of the general practice discipline, setting the standards and curriculum for education and training, maintaining the standards for quality clinical practice, and supporting GPs in their pursuit of excellence in patient care and community service.
We offer our members access to a vast suite of clinical resources, business support tools, education programs including the Quality Improvement and Continuing Professional Development (QI&CPD) Program. This program supports Australian GPs to maintain and improve their professional knowledge and skills in order to provide the best possible care for patients and their communities.
The RACGP advocates for GPs on issues that affect their practice, and increase the profile of general practitioners within the community through promoting GPs as specialists in life. As well as the ongoing lobbying to lift the Medicare freeze and ensure both parties commit to general practice and patient equity.
RACGP members stay connected through conferences, events, workshops and networking opportunities. RACGP members can network through, shareGP, the RACGP’s member-only professional collaboration space. To find out more about the RACGP visit www.racgp.org.au.
