We are excited to announced the GPTEC 2017 keynote speakers!
Dr Ewen McPhee
President, Rural Doctors Association of Australia
Current president of the Rural Doctors Association of Australia, Dr McPhee has been a rural General Practitioner, GP Obstetrician and practice principal of Emerald Medical Group in the town of Emerald since 1989. Starting out in just two rooms in a local office complex, Emerald Medical Group has grown to include teaching and training of both medical students, GP registrars and rural generalists in a purpose built GP super clinic. Building and transitioning a practice from a family affair to an educational institution has been a lifelong journey. Along the way there have been pitfalls and triumphs as well as some fancy dress.
