BOOKING YOUR STAY
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at a range of hotels nearby International Convention Centre Sydney. These bookings MUST be made via the registration process; do not contact the hotel directly to book these rates. Prices listed are in Australian dollars and are per room per night. Prices are room only rates unless otherwise specified. All booking requests, cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser at registration@gptec2017.com.au.
Please note: Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially secure your booking, however each guest is responsible for settling their own account upon check-out.
Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the conference date range below, please email the Conference Organiser at registration@gptec2017.com.au advising of the hotel, check-in and check-out dates and the room type you require. We will then make the booking on your behalf.
Delegates attending under one of the Regional Training Organisations are advised to check with the employer prior to booking accommodation via the conference as arrangements may be made directly between the RTOs and the individual hotels.

Accommodation Cancellation and Amendments
Accommodation cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone. All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing to the Registration Manager at registration@gptec2017.com.au.

Holiday Inn Darling Harbour
Cancellations and amendments received 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking. No shows will incur a no show fee of one night’s accommodation.
Hotel Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour
Cancellations and amendments received 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking. No shows will incur a no show fee of one night’s accommodation.
Hyatt Regency Sydney
Cancellations and amendments received between 30-15 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking. No shows will be charged the full accommodation fee.
